In the City of Sevenscore Thousand Smokes, danger lurks down every dark alley. Sinister sorcerers summon terrible forces in their crumbling towers. And hunched figures skitter beneath the streets, waiting for their chance to rise. But there is action, adventure, and wealth here too—if your rogues have the skill and bravado to claim it.

I thought I would print the map out in here, as it has a nice clear numbered key, in addition to the larger poster map I have also bought.
Unfortunately the re is a typo on the map page Cheers It would be great if there were a POD option for this I'm hoping that's a possibility at some point. A full color hardcover is being printed by Pinnacle, just not via POD. So it'll have better quality printing, but may not be as convenient to buyers outside of the U. I would love to get the hardcover of this pdf.

Aaron Acevedo , Aaron Riley. Original electronic Scanned image These products were created by scanning an original printed edition. Most older books are in scanned image format because original digital layout files never existed or were no longer available from the publisher. The result of this OCR process is placed invisibly behind the picture of each scanned page, to allow for text searching. However, any text in a given book set on a graphical background or in handwritten fonts would most likely not be picked up by the OCR software, and is therefore not searchable.
Also, a few larger books may be resampled to fit into the system, and may not have this searchable text background. For printed books, we have performed high-resolution scans of an original hardcopy of the book. We essentially digitally re-master the book. Unfortunately, the resulting quality of these books is not as high.
It's the problem of making a copy of a copy. We mark clearly which print titles come from scanned image books so that you can make an informed purchase decision about the quality of what you will receive. Original electronic format These ebooks were created from the original electronic layout files, and therefore are fully text searchable.
Also, their file size tends to be smaller than scanned image books. Most newer books are in the original electronic format. Both download and print editions of such books should be high quality. If you just write out the backstory for a book, list the characters involved with their in-game stats and sketch out some episodic adventures, that just skims the surface. Instead, the supplement works as a toolkit, presenting a layered set of adjustments, tweaks and outright replacements to Lankhmar-fy Savage Worlds good and proper. Reid takes Savage Worlds and gives it a solid working over, unpicking and then respinning the system to channel the world of Lankhmar. Read the book, skim the Internet, then run a game with the Savage Worlds engine.

It is situated on the world of Nehwon , just west of the Great Salt Marsh and east of the River Hlal, and serves as the home of Leiber's two antiheroes. Lankhmar is richly described as a populous and labyrinthine city rife with corruption. It is decadent or squalid in roughly equal parts and said to be so shrouded by smog that the stars are rarely sighted the city's alternate name is "The City of Sevenscore Thousand Smokes". Located next to the Inner Sea, Lankhmar is visited by ships from across Nehwon and is the starting point for Fafhrd and the Mouser's many sea voyages. The city is ostensibly ruled by an overlord and his nobility. The Thieves' Guild is influential, too, and controls Lankhmar's abundant criminal element, with the notable exceptions of Fafhrd and the Gray Mouser. The main meeting place is the Plaza of Dark Delights , which is the setting for the story " The Bazaar of the Bizarre ".
